The trial lesson offered before enrolment is free of charge and carries no payment or refund obligation.
These packages are billed monthly in advance for 16 classes (Monday–Thursday). If you wish to cancel or pause before the next billing cycle, please notify us at least [Add notice period, e.g. 7 days] before your renewal date. Classes already delivered in a billing cycle are non-refundable. [Add your policy on refunding unused classes if a student cancels mid-cycle, e.g. "unused classes are credited toward the next cycle" or "refunded on a pro-rata basis minus a processing fee."]
The 12-class, 3-day-a-week single-subject package follows the same monthly billing and cancellation notice as the bundle packages above. [Add any package-specific refund terms.]
If a student misses a scheduled class without reasonable advance notice, that class is treated as delivered and is not refunded or automatically rescheduled. If TutorVisit or the tutor needs to reschedule a class, an alternative time will be offered at no extra cost. [Add your specific notice window for student-side rescheduling, e.g. "24 hours' notice."]
If a class cannot go ahead due to a technical problem on TutorVisit's side (for example, tutor connectivity issues), we will offer a make-up class at no additional charge.
These are booked and paid for individually. Cancellations made with at least [Add notice period, e.g. 12 hours] notice before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule; late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
